From financial-services leadership to product building
Von Seils's background spans servicing, collections, recovery and operational controls. As Director of Servicing at InnoFi Auto Finance, he built the servicing department and worked with technology teams on servicing software and workflow automation. Previously, he led collections teams and an Innovation Team at Prestige Financial Services.
That experience connects day-to-day operations with systems and product decisions: understand the problem, define how the work should happen, then build and improve it. That approach informs our operations consulting, technology work and digital product development.
What we believe
Most receivables problems are not collection problems. They are process problems that show up as collection problems: unclear terms, invoices that invite disputes, follow-up that depends on individual diligence, and no written rule for when an account escalates.
Fixing the process is slower than making calls, and it is the only thing that compounds. Our work is built around that: document what should happen, make it repeatable, then measure whether it did.
