Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 16, 2026
This policy explains what information Northpass Group LLC (“Northpass Group”, “we”, “us”) collects through northpassgroup.com and its subdomains, how it is used, and how long it is kept.
Information we collect
Information you send us
This website has no contact forms, accounts, or logins. The ways to reach us through it are by email and by telephone. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to put in that message: typically your name, email address, and the contents of your inquiry. If you call us, we receive your telephone number and whatever you choose to tell us.
Information collected automatically
Our web server and our content delivery provider record standard technical request data, which may include your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, your browser's user-agent string, and the referring page. This is used to operate and secure the site.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not set cookies for tracking purposes.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries you send us
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website
- To meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
SMS Messaging
Northpass Group may collect your mobile telephone number and information related to your consent to receive text messages. We use this information to provide requested information, coordinate meetings and services, communicate about active engagements, and provide other service-related communications.
SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except as necessary to provide the messaging service or as required by law.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact Northpass Group through northpassgroup.com.
See our SMS Terms for the terms of the messaging program, and our SMS Consent page for how consent is obtained and recorded.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of vendors who process data on our behalf and are bound to use it only to provide their service:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: DNS, content delivery, and network security for this site
- Google LLC: email and productivity services for our business correspondence
- Oracle Corporation: cloud infrastructure hosting this website
- LinkedIn Corporation: publishing posts to our own LinkedIn Page
Retention
Server access records are retained for a limited operational period and then discarded. Business correspondence is retained as long as needed for the relationship and for any applicable legal or tax recordkeeping period, then deleted.
Client and consumer information
In the course of advisory engagements, Northpass Group may be given access to information a client holds about its own customers or account holders. We process that information solely on the client's instructions, under the terms of the engagement agreement, and we do not use it for any independent purpose. Clients remain responsible for their own obligations to the individuals concerned.
Administrative tooling
We operate internal tooling that connects to our own Google Workspace account to manage our domains, users, and email aliases. That tooling is authorized by a Northpass Group administrator, accesses only Northpass Group's own account, and does not read, collect, or transmit any visitor or client data. Credentials are stored on Northpass Group-controlled systems and can be revoked at any time through the Google account permissions page.
We also operate a LinkedIn developer application, registered to Northpass Group, that publishes posts to the Northpass Group LinkedIn Page. It is authorized by a Page administrator through LinkedIn's standard consent screen and acts only on that administrator's behalf. It writes posts to our own Page and reads the administrator's basic profile identifier solely to identify the account it is posting as. It does not access, collect, store, or transmit the profile information, connections, messages, or activity of any other LinkedIn member, and it is not used to contact members or to build any marketing list. The access credential is stored on Northpass Group-controlled systems, is never shared with third parties, and can be revoked at any time from the LinkedIn permitted services page, which immediately ends the application's access. Any LinkedIn data held is deleted on revocation or on request to the address below.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the GDPR. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law.
Children
This site is directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and post the revised version here.
