These terms govern your use of northpassgroup.com and its subdomains (the “Site”), operated by Northpass Group LLC, a Utah limited liability company. By using the Site, you agree to them.
Informational purpose only
The Site describes services we offer. Its contents are general information, not advice directed at your situation. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and nothing on it creates a professional or advisory relationship between you and Northpass Group.
Northpass Group provides advisory and consulting services to creditors. We are not a debt collection agency, a debt buyer, a credit repair organization, or a law firm, and we do not collect debts on behalf of third parties.
No engagement without a written agreement
An advisory relationship begins only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement describing the scope, deliverables, and fees. Correspondence with us, including email sent through addresses listed on the Site, does not by itself create an engagement, and should not be treated as confidential until an engagement is in place.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure
- Interfere with the operation of the Site or impose an unreasonable load on it
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Northpass Group
Intellectual property
The Site's text, design, and marks are the property of Northpass Group LLC. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other reproduction or redistribution requires our written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northpass Group LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, and our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Northpass Group LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The version posted here, with the date above, is the one in effect. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
